Zone 40 (LEBE)
This 202,675 acre / 82,020 ha zone is located in the rainforest region in southeast
Cameroon. Average elevation is 2250 feet ( 675 m).
Native name of the zone is derived from the Lebe River which is the southern border
of this hunting zone.
Bek River, the largest river of the zone, runs through this zone and harbors a large
variety of game-fish.
Our camp is located at the middle of the zone. It is built by the natives by traditional methods using local equipment and supplies, blend with the area perfectly. Each room have a private bathroom. Electrical outlets are available at the camp. A second camp, in close proximity to the existing one is under construction, while it is being built using modern building techniques and materials, it will still have the traditional look and blend with the surroundings perfectly.
